Psychic Field Clearing Techniques
Post Session Techniques
- Spraying Rose water in room, over yourself and client.
- Have a candle lit prior to session start and call in Angles.
- Ask Archangel Michael to use his sword to clear all connections that are not yours.
- Wash hands up to elbows actively in cool water while singing: I release and let go, let my spirit run my life,there is no hunger, and no pain and I am only here for love. I flip my hands and drain and wring off any residual uck out of my body with my willing it so.
- I wear white on my top and black on the bottom to protect myself from any negative energies, as I dress I have the energy of putting on my protective gear and energetically preparing my field for work.
- Shower completely and wash clothing if it has been a intense session.
- Flip and shake all items used in session, rose water, smudge, with Palo Santo, sage or diffuse oil of choice to clear space.
- A grid of pictures of the Angels around the space, Archangel Michael is front door guardian. Mother Mary and the Christ, Buddha, etc, these are frequencies that help maintain a clear healing field.
- Altars are so important to concentrate the energies and keep the field strong.
- Walking out in nature, deep breathing, barefoot, grounding and releasing into the earth.
- Mayan detox breath, standing, hands up by each ear, palms facing ears, move hands back and forth, deep breath and go into the squat, stick out tongue and uggggghhhhhhhhhh all the gunk out stand and repeat, command all low frequency energies out. usually 3 to 5 of these breaths will do the job.
