Begin with 4 breaths of *Central Channel Breathing*.

On your last breath, exhale all the way down to the core/the womb of Mother Earth, breath her up into your central channel. Feel her pulse/body and your pulse/body becoming one in her embrace.

She gives you a cube, representing her form. Feel yourself centered within this cube as it spins clockwise, increasing its ratio of spin to 2.2 x the speed of light.

Now see/feel your Earth-Star chakra 12″ below your feet, and your Soul-Star chakra 12″ above your head.

A Pyramid, apex pointing upward, rises from your Earth-Star chakra and spirals counterclockwise through and around your body, until its apex touches your Soul-Star chakra and its base is at the heart.

A pyramid, apex pointing downward, descends from your Soul-Star chakra and spirals counterclockwise through and around your body, until its apex touches your Earth-Star chakra and its base is at the heart.

The two bases click into connection at the heart, forming a pyramidal octahedron, spinning counterclockwise at 3.3 x the speed of light.

You are grounded and merged with Mother Earth, centered within the spinning cube and the spinning octahedron.

The Rainbow Serpent/Rainbow Ray is coiled within the womb of Mother Earth. Feel it awaken and move up through her body and then up through your body.

It rises from root to crown and flows out of your crown like a fountain creating a prismatic Rainbow Sphere that surrounds the cube and pyramidal octahedron.

It undulates in the Harmonics of 0-0-0, the Alpha & Omega of creation.

Now feel your song, your unique silent sounding that moves outward from your heart. It ripples out past the cube, the octahedron and the sphere, forming a Rainbow Ring, like the ring of Saturn.

This Rainbow Ring carries your unique harmonics, creating a field which cannot be hooked into by that which does not serve you.”

*CENTRAL CHANNEL BREATHING*

This is a simple but powerful Tibetan Tantric breathing practice designed to open the central channel of the nervous system – where many stresses, tensions, and karmic positions are held. It also accelerates your mastery of the breath and the conscious control of the body mind reactions and responses – the seat of the ego. It serves to take you deeper into stillness, the witness consciousness, and the more refined qualities of the soul light found in the center of the spinal column. It also helps to open the third eye chakra.

Start with sitting up comfortably, spine straight.

Focus your index and pointer fingers into a pointing position, and point them at your root chakra perineum.

Focus on the thin white line of light that runs throughout the dead center of the spine.

Purse your lips like you were going to blow out a candle.

In this position, breathe up for 12 seconds, using your fingers to direct the energy of breath up the spine, until it ends at the third eye area.

Cross your eyes gently and raise them to the third eye.

Hold your breath for 12 seconds at the third eye.

Exhale down the spine, using the fingers to guide the energy.

Repeat 12 times.

*You may find this difficult at first, particularly on controlling the exhale. If this is the case, try 7 inhale, 7 hold, and 7 exhale. Always keep the counts equal, be it 3 / 3/ 3 or 16 /16 /16.

It may also help to raise the eyes when the breath reaches the heart and throat on the inhale.
