Morning Teas to alkalinize the body and happy blood sugar all day.

First thing in the AM:

  • Warm water, not hot, regular cup
  • 1 tsp of good honey
  • 1/2 organic lemon
  • 1 Tbs of Braggs apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon, organic

Really yummy when whirred in a blender, but not necessary. Enjoy and allow 1/2 hour before eating.

Grumproof Tea

Strong tea of choice: Puerh teas are really very good

Hemp or coconut milk, or other milk (optional) to taste. In winter I usually use 1/3 cup, less in warm weather.

  • 1 tsp of coconut oil
  • Sprinkle of good mineral salt
  • 1/3 or more tsp of cinnamon for inflammation
  • Sprinkle of stevia. I really like Sweet Leaf brand the best, a little goes a long way

Additional Options:

  • Doterra oils, in single or combinations.
  • Wild orange
  • Bergamot
  • Cardamon
  • Lavender

You can stir or put tea in the blender for the best taste. Enjoy. Even two cups in the morning is usually okay.

Stay Alkaline by:

Please consider no fried foods, small portions of well chewed meats, lots of steamed or water stir fried or raw veggies.

Foods to Avoid:

  • Canola oil, or cottonseed, or soy oils, coffee, sugar, avoid dried fruits and carrot juice or fruit juices, eating the whole fruit is best.
  • Make sure that olive oil is 100% pure olive oil, cold pressed, organic.
  • Avocado oil is also good and sunflower oil

To normalize Immunity: ¼ tsp of baking soda in a liter of water five days a week. Until you feel normal.

Or ½ tsp of baking soda in 8 oz water, 2 times a day.

Or 2 Tbs of Apple cider Vinegar ½ tsp baking soda in 8 oz water, 2 times a day.
