Usually going through the process 3 times per area that you’re working on is very effective. Bedtime is excellent time for self-healing. Practice, practice, practice, gets very easy! Clear valves with red light, alternating with soft pink

Clean lungs with white light, small whirlwinds clockwise up and down then reverse the direction. Then send in tiny pink bubbles, If irritated, flow in blue gel.
STOMACH: sound note color YELLOW , Balancing gastric juices: lemon yellow gently flooding through stomach.
Stomach valves: Light blue gel around valves, healing and repairing.stitching with silver thread if necessary. Ulcers: Remove bacteria with tweezers or gold laser beam attacking. Soothe irritated area with Light blue gel. Can make repairs with silver net or mesh.
LIVER: sound xu note A color ORANGE
Cleansing orange light, flood entire area then move toxins to one area and remove with etheric sponge hand, do this 3x Then flood with green and then orange light. For swelling reduce with white light.
SPLEEN: sound hu note F Color SOFT YELLOW-ORANGE. Cleansing with lemon yellow-orange GENTLY flooding through spleen. Remove toxins with etheric sponge hand, moving toxins to one are to remove, do this 3x. Reduce swelling by white light drawing lines through the spleen like knives to relieve pressure. PANCREAS: sound note color: SOFT GREEN Diabetes: Pink light softening hardened tissues, this takes some time so be patient.
Balancing blood sugar: green light washing through the pancreas, revitalizing cells
LARGE AND SMALL INTESTINE: sound note color: YELLOW
Cleansing: Gold spiraling down through intestines, pushing out toxins, remove with etheric sponge hand.
Parasites-Candidas: Laser of golden light attacks parasites. Make coils of white light and squeeze around parasite “strangling” it and killing it. Then use etheric tweezers of pink light to remove it with sponge-hand.
Undigested or stagnated food: Red hot laser burns and dissolves. Use etheric sponge hand to remove toxins.

SPINE:
